Filming

We are almost done filming A Tangled Web!

Most of the movie is filmed, we have just about 8 more hours of filming to do, and then we will be finished with that part of production. We are planning on finishing up this weekend, depending on how the weather holds up; and then we will go into editing, which is Noah’s department.

It will take a few weeks for Noah to edit, so A Tangled Web should be completed and ready to watch in late April or early May. I will be posting the official trailer in the next week or two.

Have a blessed day!

  1. How much memory are in your camcorder’s memory cards? On my camcorder I use 32 gb. Next question: you are doing this editing on a laptop? It seems you would need a very powerful desktop to render these videos with picture and sound!

    1. We have a special 64gb that’s made specifically for videos. Yes, we will be editing on a laptop. The editing software that we use is a pretty large download, but our laptops are powerful and high-quality.

What type of camcorder do you have?

      1. Oh, mine is just a run-of-the-mill family type, it’s a Sony Handycam 8.9 megapixels. So the coolest thing about it is that you can use it as a projector, and project it on a wall. But you can only see it if the room is dark, like in a bathroom with the door closed, so that feature is not very useful. Lol. But I upload videos of my granddaughter all the time to facebook, that’s what I use the camcorder for. πŸ™‚

        1. I came up with the idea to make it in late November, it took me a month and a half to write the script, we filmed for a month. Then we took a two month break, because we were going to be in Seattle for our Mom’s surgery. When we got back home we finished filming in about three weeks, and now we’re hoping to be finished editing next week. Then we’ll be composing some more music. So, all in all, about six months to make it.
